Melissa then moved on to RAREprojections (Maverick Shoe) as a Product Development Manager in 2006. In 2007, Melissa took up the position of VP Footwear Buying at Lotus Supercenter ShangHai. Their next role was at Stabbert Maritime in 2009, where they worked as a Vessel & Project Coordinator until 2012. Finally, Melissa became the Chief Operations Officer at Appraisal MC in 2012.
Melissa Sanders obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Merchandising from The University of Texas at Austin between the years 1999 and 2003.
