Dan Stewart has over two decades of experience in the appraisal and compliance sectors, currently serving as a Commercial Reviewer at Appraisal Nation since May 2015. In this role, Dan completes compliance reviews for real estate appraisals, ensuring adherence to the client's policies and relevant government regulations. Prior to this, Dan worked as a Business Analyst II and Banking Risk Officer at Truist, where the focus was on the Appraisal Department while telecommuting from both Raleigh and Wilson, NC. Dan's career began at First Citizens Bank as an Appraisal Compliance Specialist and Appraisal Officer, where responsibilities included coordinating the Centralized Appraisal Ordering System and managing compliance reviews.
