Johnny Blocker, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Johnny is currently serving as the Agency Vice President at Appreciation Financial since April 2020, where their strong track record as a licensed life/health insurance agent has led to a successful retirement planning service. Prior to this, they worked as a Realtor® at eXp Realty, providing exceptional service to clients in the greater Southern Nevada area. In 2018, Johnny created MyThoughtAdvisor.com, an online platform for sharing insights from their personal and professional journey to help others achieve their goals.

From 1994 to 2018, Johnny held various positions at Kaiser Permanente. Notably, they served as the Senior Director of Small Business, leading a cross-functional team to execute business goals and deliver results. Johnny also worked as a Practice Leader and Program Director, developing strategies and implementing metrics to measure success. Additionally, Johnny served as a Regional Radiology Business Manager, where they directed the business management of the radiology department.

Johnny Blocker, MBA attended Texas Christian University from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance. Prior to that, they also attended Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing.

In addition to their degrees, Johnny Blocker has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2019, they became a Nevada Real Estate Licensee/Salesperson through the Nevada Real Estate Division. In the same year, they also acquired the Health & Life Resident Producer certification from the Nevada Division of Insurance.

In 2010, Johnny Blocker became a Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard Certified Graduate through the Palladium Group. Prior to that, in 2007, they obtained the Episode Treatment Group Certified Analyst certification from Crossroads Technology Solutions.
