Becky has always been interested in design and how it can be used to improve people's lives. Becky decided to pursue this interest by enrolling in a User Experience Design Immersive program at General Assembly. During their time at GA, they developed several projects, including: Cool It! DC, Avenida, Greenhouse, and Oakland Literacy Council Redesign.

After graduating from the UXDI program, Becky began working as a Studio Coordinator at Gensler. In this role, they were responsible for managing the studio space and coordinating events. Becky also assisted with project proposals and presentations.

After a year at Gensler, Becky transitioned to working as an Operations Manager at Chicago ENT - Advanced Center for Specialty Care. In this role, they were responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic. Becky also oversaw the staff and handled patient inquiries.

After two years at Chicago ENT, Becky decided to move into the tech industry and accepted a position as an Enterprise Program Manager at Apprenti. In this role, they manage enterprise programs and works with clients to ensure their success.

Becky Baumann has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Becky also has a degree in User Experience Design Immersive from General Assembly, as well as a degree in Baking & Pastry from Kendall College.

They work with Al Cave - Chief Operations Officer, Dan Weagle - Regional Director, and Monica Labadia - Marketing Communications Specialist. Their manager is Jennifer Carlson, Executive Director, CEO.
