Lonnie Emard

Lonnie Emard serves as the Apprenticeship Director at the Arkansas Center for Data Sciences since March 2020, previously holding the position of National Director at Advanced Automation Consulting from October 2016 to May 2020. Emard co-founded IT-oLogy in collaboration with the CIO of BCBSSC, IBM, and the University of South Carolina, serving as President from January 2009 to September 2016, focusing on advancing IT talent in the US through program development, marketing, and sales. Earlier experience includes directing internal systems at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina from March 2002 to September 2016, overseeing significant growth in the IT organization. Lonnie Emard earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Northwest Missouri State University between 1978 and 1981.
