Lisa Freeland

Lisa Freeland is a seasoned professional in the apprenticeship sector, currently serving as the National Accounts - Senior Support Officer at Apprenticeship Support Australia since April 2022. Previously, from August 2013 to July 2021, Lisa held the position of Account Manager at the same organization, where responsibilities included providing tailored support to clients and managing apprentice/trainee records while maximizing federal government incentives. Before that, Lisa worked at Upskilled from April 2010 to August 2013 as the National AAC Coordinator and Student Support Officer, leading the AAC Division and ensuring high standards of client satisfaction and efficient processing of government documentation. Lisa’s career is built on developing strong business relationships and managing a large portfolio of accounts, all underpinned by a strong foundation from Campbelltown Performing Arts High School.
