Parisa Zandbaf is a Ph.D. candidate in Film Aesthetics at the University of Amsterdam, actively engaged in research within film philosophy and aesthetics since September 2018. As a judge for The Global Undergraduate Awards, Parisa evaluates undergraduate works in the History of Art and Theory panel. Additional experience includes roles as a freelance filmmaker, performing various creative tasks such as film production and direction, as well as acting and performing. Parisa has served on juries for film festivals, including the Changing Face International Film Festival and the Amsterdam Independent Film Festival. Parisa has also worked as a tutor for art courses and has teaching experience as a dance instructor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tehran and two Master's degrees from the University of Groningen and University of Deusto.
