Jean-Philippe Bradette, CTDP, CRHA

Jean-Philippe Bradette, CTDP, CRHA has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Jean-Philippe is the Co-founder and CEO of Apprentx, where they developed an application called B12, which offers customized training programs using cognitive science, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics. Prior to this, Jean-Philippe held the role of Member Board Of Directors at Fonds de recherche du Québec. Jean-Philippe also participated in the 2019 cohort of NextAI.

Jean-Philippe has a strong background in learning strategies and innovation. Jean-Philippe was the Co-founder, Vice-President, and Learning Strategies and Innovation at Ellicom from 2016 to 2018. Previously, they held a similar role as Co-founder, Vice-President, and Learning Strategies at Ellicom from 2005 to 2016. Before that, they co-founded Groupe Conseil Symphonia, where they worked as a Consultant and Instructional Designer.

Jean-Philippe began their career at Nordia Inc. as a Designer/Analyst in Training and Development. Jean-Philippe worked in this role from 2001 to 2005.

Jean-Philippe Bradette, CTDP, CRHA has a diverse education history. Jean-Philippe completed a Graduate Diploma in Management Consulting from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal in 2005. Prior to that, they studied Gestion des ressources humaines / administration du personnel, général at HEC Montréal, although the specific degree name is unknown. In 2001, Jean-Philippe obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.

Additionally, they hold the certification of Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) obtained from the Canadian Society for Training and Development in July 2014.
