Meghan Czechowski, MAI has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Meghan has held various roles with Apprise by Walker & Dunlop, starting as Managing Director in January 2020 and currently serving as Senior Vice President since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cushman & Wakefield for over 15 years, starting as a Research Specialist in March 2004 and gradually progressing to roles such as Valuation Market Analyst, Associate Appraiser, Senior Financial Analyst, and finally, Managing Director. Throughout their career, Meghan has appraised a wide range of commercial real estate properties, including multi-family apartments, retail, office, industrial, and land. Meghan has managed significant projects and accumulated experience in various regions, including the Midwest and the Mid-Atlantic.
Meghan Czechowski, MAI obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Truman State University between 1999 and 2003. During their time at Truman State University, they also pursued a degree in Marketing. In 2002, they briefly studied Business Administration at IPAG Business School.
