Steve Henry Mai

Steve Henry, MAI has over 30 years of work experience in the real estate industry. Steve is currently the Managing Director at Apprise by Walker & Dunlop. Prior to this, Steve worked at Cushman & Wakefield as the Executive Managing Director, where they led the development of the regional quality control division and served as the market lead for the southwestern U.S. Steve also held the position of Vice President at Union Bank, where they conducted complex property reviews and managed commercial appraisal services. Steve was the Vice President and Head of Real Estate Valuation Services at Pluris Valuation Advisors LLC, where they established a national real estate valuation practice. Additionally, they held managerial positions at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services and FMV Opinions, Inc., where they played a key role in building appraisal teams and driving business development. Steve started their career as the Director of Field Operations at RGSLA, Inc. and worked as a Senior Associate at Ashwill Associates, where they excelled in commercial real estate brokerage.

Steve Henry, MAI has a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Additionally, they are a certified general real estate appraiser, which they obtained from the State of California in April 2005.
