Darren Moore

Darren Moore has over 20 years of legal experience, with a background in various corporate counsel and leadership roles. Darren currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Appriss. Prior to that, they worked at RELX as the General Counsel, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Assistant General Counsel, Mergers and Acquisitions. Before joining RELX, they held positions at LexisNexis Risk Solutions and LexisNexis. Darren also worked at Equifax Inc. as a Senior Director and Corporate Counsel. Earlier in their career, they gained experience at Troutman Sanders LLP and Baker Donelson as an Associate. Darren'sexpertise lies in business and government services, mergers and acquisitions, and legal counsel.

Darren Moore obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography at the University of Florida, graduating in 1996.
