Matthew Williams, MBA, is an experienced entrepreneur and product leader with a strong background in innovative financial services and event communication. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Approachable since February 2022, Matthew focuses on enhancing event experiences through a unique ticketing marketplace. At Arvest Bank, Matthew works as Innovation & New Revenue Product Lead while also leading the Embedded Banking product, aiming to integrate financial services into everyday experiences. Previously, Matthew held key roles at PayPal, Ford Motor Company, and Carhartt, driving product innovations and enhancing user engagement. With dual degrees in Business Administration and Management from Northwood University, Matthew combines academic expertise with practical leadership to influence various industries.
