Rebecca A. Rivenbark

Rebecca A. Rivenbark has a wealth of work experience. Rebecca A. began their career in 1998 as a Judicial Law Clerk for the State of Nevada - Second Judicial District Court. In 1999, they became an Attorney At Law for Button Bartlett & Glogovac. In 2004, they started their own practice, Rivenbark Law, as a Trial Attorney. In 2009, they joined Newmont Mining Corporation as Assistant Regional Counsel (US, Canada and Mexico). In 2011, they moved to Allied Nevada Gold Corp. where they served as General Counsel, Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Secretary. In 2018, they joined ShieldIO, Inc. in the same capacity. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Approyo, Inc. as General Counsel and Chief People Officer.

Rebecca A. Rivenbark received their Juris Doctor (JD), cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law in 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Nevada in 1992, with a major in Political Science and a minor in English Literature.
