Robert Arteaga

Robert Arteaga has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Robert'smost recent role is as the Director of Finance at Apps Transport Group, a position they started in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ONE For Freight as a Financial Performance Coach from 2018 to 2022. Robert also served as the Corporate Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Sleeman Breweries Ltd. in 2017. From 2012 to 2016, they held various positions at Brink's Canada Limited, including National Operations Manager and Supervisor of Financial Planning & Analysis. Robert began their career in 2002 at Hewlett-Packard as a Rebate Claims Analyst before moving on to Ingram Micro as a Marketing Accountant from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they worked at NSK Canada Inc. as an Accountant from 2005 to 2007. Robert has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting throughout their career.

Robert Arteaga has a diverse education history that includes both formal degrees and certifications. Robert obtained their CPA,CGA from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of General Studies in Business at Athabasca University from 2015 to 2016. In 2005, Robert completed a program in Business - Accounting at Humber College. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Bullet Proof Manager from Crestcom International in May 2019.
