Andrew Phoenix

Andrew Phoenix has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Andrew is currently employed as a Cloud Spend Analyst at Appsbroker Ltd, where they help optimize cloud usage and eliminate unnecessary spending for the company and its customers. Andrew proactively executes cost-cutting methods and manages the cloud data lifecycle.

Prior to their current role, Andrew worked at Thames Water as a System Operator from 2019 to 2021. Andrew also served as an Irrigation Technician at Stewart Creek Golf & Country Club from 2018 to 2019 and as a Control Operator at The Lake Louise Ski Resort from 2017 to 2019.

Andrew has previous experience as a System Operator at Thames Water from 2015 to 2017 and as a Data Analyst at Appsbroker Consulting Limited from 2014 to 2017. Andrew also worked at Waste Management as a Billing Clerk from 2013 to 2014 and at OVO Energy as a Billing Team Leader / Billing Specialist from 2011 to 2013.

Andrew Phoenix attended Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sports and Exercise Science. In April 2022, they also received the certification of FinOps Certified Practitioner from the FinOps Foundation.
