Bipin Mavji has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Bipin started their career at SCC as an Acting Service Delivery Manager from April 2001 to January 2006. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the technical support service desk.

Bipin then moved on to various roles at SCC, including Transition Team Leader from July 2004 to January 2007, ITIL Implementation Services Manager from January 2007 to June 2007, and Service Desk Manager from June 2007 to December 2007. During this time, they focused on implementing and maintaining ITIL disciplines, improving incident rates and availability, and assisting with contract renewals.

In 2010, Bipin worked as a Project Manager at nGeneration, where they led a £3.5 million EPOS software replacement system project for Mitchells & Butlers. Bipin was responsible for the application development, business processes, project RAID requirements, reporting, and budget management.

Bipin then transitioned to Barclays Bank as a Senior Project Manager from August 2011 to October 2011, before joining SCC as a Transition Manager from October 2011 to February 2013. At Convergence Group, they served as a Project & Transition Manager from March 2013 to July 2016.

Currently, Bipin is working at Appsbroker Ltd as a Senior Project Manager. Notably, they led a MiFID II development, deployment, and launch project with a contract value over £10 million, resulting in long-term support agreements with banks. Their diverse roles and experiences demonstrate their expertise in project and transition management.

Bipin Mavji has a diverse education history that spans from 1989 to 1999. Bipin attended Joseph Leckie School during this time and obtained their GCSEs in various subjects. In 1997, they also pursued A Levels at Joseph Leckie School. Additionally, Bipin attended De Montfort University from 1997 to 1999, where they studied BSc Computing.

Furthermore, Bipin Mavji has acquired several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2006, they obtained the ITIL Service Management Foundation (v2) certification. The following year, in August 2007, they earned the ITIL Service Management Practitioner - Service Desk and Incident Management (v2) certification. Moreover, Bipin completed the Managing Successful Programmes certification in July 2015 through BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Lastly, they obtained the Prince2 Managing Successful Project certification from APMG-International in June 2012.
