Ferris Hall has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade.

Starting in 2009, they worked as a Broadband Technical Assistant at BSkyB, where they assisted customers with troubleshooting and resolving broadband issues.

Additionally, they led technical project teams and facilitated the technical certification and personal development initiatives within the company. In 2023, they became a Google Authorised Trainer at Appsbroker.
