Jag Racharla has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

In 2014, they worked as a Lead Business Analyst at Old Mutual Wealth.

From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Lead Business Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group and also as a Senior Business Analyst at Capita Life & Pensions.

In 2017, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst at iPSL (Intelligent Processing Solutions Limited) and later returned to Lloyds Banking Group as a Lead Business Analyst from 2017 to 2019.

In 2020, they worked as a Business Designer at Nationwide Building Society and also as a Business Analyst for Nirvana Food for everyone Charity's mobile application.

In 2021, they worked as a Lead Business Analyst for Capita (Client - Ministry of Justice), where they were involved in the Alcohol Abstinence Monitoring Requirement program. Currently, they are working as a Consultant Business Analyst at Appsbroker Ltd.

Jag Racharla obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Change Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Computer Application degree in Management Information Systems and programming languages such as C++ and Java from Pragathi maha vidyala, Hyderabad, between 1999 and 2002. They also have additional certifications, including BPMN 2.0 and Lean Six Sigma White and Yellow Belt Certification from Udemy, obtained in September 2020, as well as an ISEB Business Analysis certification from ISEB, acquired in May 2014.
