Ebonnie De Mesa, MBA, is an accomplished business analyst and consultant with extensive experience in network performance, analytics, and contracts at Blue Shield of California from January 2020 to present. Prior to this role, Ebonnie served as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst at UnitedHealth Group, contributing valuable insights from November 2016 to January 2020.
