Sagorika Sanyal

Sagorika Sanyal has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sagorika began their career as an IT Recruiter at Elixer Web Solutions in 2004. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Senior HR Executive at Compare Infobase Limited. In 2009, they transitioned into a Learning and Development Professional role, working as a Faculty for Business Communication and Human Resource at professional institutes in Kolkata. During this time, they specialized in providing career skills training to students and professionals. In 2015, they joined SchoolGuru Eduserve Private Limited as a Visiting Faculty, where they designed syllabi and delivered online video lectures for HR subjects. In 2016, they took up the role of Head HR at InSync and also worked as an HR Advisor at Inspiria Knowledge Campus. Most recently, they have been appointed as the Vice President of Talent Management at APPSeCONNECT starting in 2022.

Sagorika Sanyal completed their education at various institutions. Sagorika obtained a PGDBA degree in Human Resource from Jaipuria Institute Of Management from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their B.Com(H) degree in Commerce from Delhi University from 1998 to 2001. Their earlier education includes an ISC degree in Commerce from St. Xavier's School, Bokaro from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Transitioning from Manager to Leader and Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from LinkedIn in 2022, as well as a Transformational Trainer certification from Global Classroom Pvt Ltd in 2015.
