Jesse Vazquez is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and business development, currently serving as the National Recruiting & Business Development lead at Premier Mortgage Resources, LLC, since November 2024, while also fulfilling the role of VP, Talent Acquisition and Business Development at CommLoan. Jesse has an extensive background, with prior positions at Geneva Financial LLC and Churchill Mortgage Corporation, focusing on building and overseeing talent acquisition strategies and operations. Notably, experience at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation® involved reconstructing the Talent Acquisition department, implementing metrics, hiring goals, and fiscal reports. Jesse also held managerial roles at Stearns Lending and Fidelity Investments, and co-founded the Morgan Reed Group, an executive recruiting agency. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Printing Management from Pittsburg State University, obtained between 1987 and 1993.
