Lital Gur-Arie

Lital Gur-Arie is currently serving as the VP of R&D and Product Operations at AppsFlyer, a role commenced in September 2022, following a tenure as Director of R&D Program Management. Prior to AppsFlyer, Lital held multiple positions at Gett between June 2018 and August 2022, culminating as Head of Program Management, where responsibilities included leading R&D Program Managers and overseeing organizational efficiency. An extensive background includes roles at NeoGames, Amdocs, and Microsoft, with a focus on project management, Agile methodologies, and customer satisfaction. Lital holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Social Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
