Michał Krzeszowiec

Michał Krzeszowiec has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as an Asystent at Politechnika Łódzka. Michał then worked as a Teaching Fellow in Mathematics at University College of London from 2013 to 2015. Following that, they joined Politechnika Łódzka again as an Adiunkt from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they started working at Vistex as a Junior JavaScript Developer, and later advanced to the position of JavaScript Developer I and JavaScript Developer II, where they worked until 2021. In 2022, Michał joined EPAM Systems as a Software Engineer for a brief period before becoming an Engineering Manager at Appsilon.

Michał Krzeszowiec obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Lodz University of Technology from 2004 to 2009. Michał then pursued further education and obtained their Doctorate (Dr) in Mathematics from Instytut Matematyczny PAN from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Michał Krzeszowiec has obtained several certifications. These include the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in April 2023 and various leadership and management certifications from LinkedIn in March 2022. Other certifications they hold include Agile Foundations, Agile Software Development, Creating a Responsive Web Design, HTML Essential Training, and Improving Employee Performance, all obtained in January 2022.
