Sujoy Chaudhary has over 8 years of professional experience. Sujoy started their career in 2012 as an Intern in Corporate & Investment Banking at JPMorgan Chase. In 2013, they worked as an Associate in Market Research at ZS Associates. In 2015, they joined Practo as a Senior Analyst in Sales Strategy, where they were exposed to SaaS. In 2017, they founded Airim, a SaaS used by mid-market businesses across 14 timezones, which they sold to Whatfix in 2019. Since then, they have held various roles at Whatfix, including Strategy & Ops, Customer Success, Head of Business Analytics, and Lead of Value Engineering. Most recently, they were appointed as Head of Customer Success at Appsmith in 2022.
