Jessica McCormack

Jessica McCormack is the Head of New Business at Appt Health. Jessica has over eight years of experience in customer service and management. Jessica began their career as a Chalet Manager for Hotelplan UK Ltd in November 2011. In this role, they were responsible for the overall running of the chalet, including budgeting, staffing, and guest relations. In November 2012, they took on the role of Deputy Store Manager at Sainsbury's, where they were responsible for managing a team of over 30 staff members. In June 2017, they returned to the hospitality industry as Chief Steward on board the Superyacht SYShamoun. Jessica then took on a similar role on board a private Gulfstream 650 in September 2018. In their current role at Appt Health, Jessica is responsible for developing and implementing new business strategies.
