Luke D’angelo

Mr. D’Angelo has more than 25 years of experience in investment banking, real estate, venture capital, and capital markets. In 2006, he founded a merchant services company, Transcendent One, Inc. which became an Inc. 500 fastest growing company, ranked at #105. The company was the first “Merchant Owned” company in the United States, offering ownership in the company for customers based on their monthly credit card processing volumes. In 2009, he founded TransTech One, a subsidiary to Transcendent One that had a focus in the bill payment and technology industries. With TransTech One, significant business relationships with utilities, including Sempra Energy were formed. In 2013, AppTech Corp. acquired Transcendent One and TransTech One. He currently resides as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, and Chief Investment Officer.
