Aleksandra Leończyk

Aleksandra Leończyk has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Aleksandra started their career in 2011 at Pearson IOKI Sp. z o.o. as a Quality Assurance Editor. In 2011, they joined N-Educatio where they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they held the position of Product Owner & Project Manager at N-Educatio. In 2017, Aleksandra joined teamdeck as a Product Manager. Later that year, they also joined Apptension where they initially served as an Agile Project Manager and eventually took on the role of Head of Product Delivery starting in January 2018.

Aleksandra Leończyk received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Studies with a focus on teaching and didactics from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu. Aleksandra then went on to pursue their Master of Arts (MA) degree in English Studies with a specialization in linguistics and cognitive applied linguistics at the same university from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, Aleksandra enrolled at Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu for their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in English Studies with a specific emphasis on linguistics, second language acquisition (SLA), and didactics. Aleksandra completed their PhD program in 2018.

In addition to their academic degrees, Aleksandra also holds several certifications. Aleksandra obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in September 2016. Aleksandra also possesses a certification in AgilePM from APMG International. Aleksandra has certification in PRINCE2 from AXELOS Global Best Practice as well. Moreover, they earned the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org.
