Rachel Calovich

Rachel Calovich currently serves as the Director of Sales Operations for EMEA at Apptio, an IBM Company, since August 2023, where strategic leadership has contributed to a 25% increase in pipeline growth and a 42% rise in year-over-year ACV bookings through 10 strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Global Director of Deal Desk at ThoughtSpot, where operational efficiency and IPO readiness were prioritized, and a tenure at AppDynamics that spanned multiple roles, including Global Director of GTM Strategy & Operations, where significant contributions were made during the company's pre-IPO phase and subsequent integration into Cisco. Early career experience includes roles in order operations and financial advising with AXA Advisors, and an internship that provided foundational skills in bookkeeping and administrative tasks. Rachel is currently pursuing an advanced degree at Warwick Business School, following a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University.
