Michael Wassef, B.Eng, PMP, CSM

Michael Wassef, B.Eng, PMP, CSM, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael is currently the Director of Customer Success at Apptium Technologies since October 2019. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Managing Director of Axon Medical since June 2017.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Michael worked as a Project Manager at Cogeco Connexion starting in June 2016. Michael also held the position of Project Manager at Ericsson from March 2013 to October 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Manager at Openet from November 2011 to February 2013.

Michael also gained experience as a PMO/Program Manager at Amdocs from February 2011 to May 2011. Michael served as a Program Manager at Comcast Cable from April 2008 to February 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager/Sales Engineer at TierOne from November 2003 to April 2008.

Michael's career started as a Data Engineer at Nortel Networks from November 2000 to September 2002. With their extensive experience and qualifications, they bring valuable skills in project management, customer success, and sales engineering to their current role.

Michael Wassef obtained a BEng in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, between the years 1995 and 2000. Michael later pursued a B.Sc in Electronics & Communications at the University of Toronto, which they completed in 2003. In 2016, Michael attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they completed a course on Leading People & Teams in the field of Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Inspiring and Motivating Individuals" from Coursera Course Certificates in June 2016, "Certified ScrumMaster®" from Scrum Alliance in July 2015, and "Project Management Professional" from the Project Management Institute (with no specific month or year provided).
