Madeleine Le Sergent

Madeleine Le Sergent is currently the Talent Acquisition Manager at AppTweak. Prior to this, they served as the Talent Manager at Ocus from August 2018 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for talent acquisition and employer branding. Madeleine also oversaw onboarding and offboarding procedures, HR analytics, and talent development. Additionally, they ensured French compliance on legal and administrative topics, such as contracts, payroll, and visas. Madeleine also has experience setting up payroll and HR administration in foreign countries, such as the UK, Singapore, and the US.

Before their role at Ocus, Madeleine served as a Digital Marketing Assistant at Zetenta from July 2017 to December 2017. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's social media accounts and developing digital marketing campaigns.
