Milena Stareńczak

Milena Stareńczak is an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist at AppUnite since July 2022, responsible for conducting recruitment processes and maintaining a high level of Candidate Experience while collaborating with team leaders to develop recruitment strategies. Simultaneously, Milena works as a psychologist for PRZY nas STAŃ. Prior experience includes a role as a Specialist in the Human Resources Business Partner Team at Grupa Enea from October 2016 to July 2022, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing recruitment projects for specialist and managerial positions and preparing effectiveness reports. Milena also held various roles within Grupa Enea, including Junior Human Resources Development Specialist and Junior Organisational Specialist, alongside administrative and training positions in earlier career stages such as a trainee psychologist and coach. Milena holds a master’s degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS and has completed additional training in assessment and development centers.
