Olena Fesenko

Olena Fesenko has a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) with experience spanning over 12 years. Olena currently works as a QA Manager at Appvance.ai since April 2022. Prior to that, they were a QA Analyst at Content Analytics, Inc. (now Syndigo) from March 2019 to July 2022.

Before joining Content Analytics, Inc., Olena spent several years at SoftServe where they held various QA roles. Olena started as a QA Engineer in September 2010 and worked their way up to Senior QA Engineer in May 2016. Olena then became a Lead QA Engineer and a QMO Partner (QC Coordinator) from June 2017 to June 2018 before transitioning to their next role.

Earlier in their career, Olena gained valuable experience as a Junior QA Engineer at DataSub from July 2010 to August 2010, and as a Junior QA Engineer at AMERIA GmbH from August 2009 to July 2010.

Olena Fesenko has a diverse education history. Olena first attended Taurida 'V. I. Vernadskiy' National University in Simferopol, Ukraine, from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mathematics and Informatics. Olena then continued their education at the same university from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a second Master of Science (MS) degree, this time in Management and Marketing.

In 2019, Olena Fesenko enrolled at City College of San Francisco, where they are currently pursuing an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Networking and Information Technology, with a specialization in Cybersecurity. Olena is expected to graduate in 2022.

To complement their education, they also hold several certifications. In 2013, they obtained the ISTQB - ISEB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Additionally, in 2022, they obtained three certifications from City College of San Francisco: Advanced Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity, and Network Security.
