Julie Shaw-Melzer

Julie Shaw-Melzer has extensive experience in benefits and payroll analysis, currently serving as a Staff Benefits Analyst at Appvion, Inc. since January 2018, after transitioning from a role as Senior Benefits Analyst. Notably, Julie held the position of Payroll & Benefits Manager at Appvion from May 2018 to March 2022 and has been with the company since 1994 in various roles related to inside sales, marketing, and benefits administration. Prior experience includes working as a Pricing Analyst/Cost Accountant at American National Can from 1986 to 1993. Julie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marian University of Fond du Lac and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Fox Valley Technical College. Julie completed high school at Fox Valley Lutheran High School.
