Amy Searle

Amy Searle has extensive experience in benefits analysis and management, currently serving as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution since March 2022. Prior to this role, Amy held positions as Benefits Analyst at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and Benefits Specialist at Cape Cod Healthcare from December 2018 to March 2022. Additional experience includes working as a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator for the Town of Eastham and various roles at Ontario Public Service, including Briefing Coordinator, Communication Assistant, and Administrative Assistant. Amy began a career in client services as a Client Advisor at RBC from December 2014 to April 2015. Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Management/Marketing from New England College in 2010.
