Joy Chiang

Joy Chiang is an experienced professional in community management and business development, currently serving as the Alumni Community Manager at AppWorks since 2018, where the accelerator supports 30 startups per batch and boasts a vast alumni network. Joy has contributed as Community Lead at Girls in Tech, Inc., and co-founded The MentorShip Taiwan. Previous roles include Head of Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao at Applift, where Joy led a mobile app marketing platform, and Business Development Manager at CAREhER, which empowers female professionals in Asia. Joy's earlier career featured positions such as Market Strategy Manager at Groupon Asia Pacific and Chief Everything Officer at Klin. Joy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Management from National Taiwan University.
