Chino Dela Cruz

Chino Dela Cruz has worked in the technical support and integrations field since 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at NetSuite as a Technical Support Engineer and Associate Technical Support Engineer. In their roles, they resolved client inquiries, documented client information and recurring technical issues, and provided phone and online support to NetSuite customers. In 2022, they moved to AppWrap, where they currently work as a NetSuite Technical and Integrations Specialist. In this role, they support clients with their NetSuite, Suite script, workflow or technical integrations, performs adequate research to support to identify various solutions to aid in the solicitation, drafting of proposal or servicing of the client, and performs administrative tasks such as time keeping, documentation and status reports.

Chino Dela Cruz obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges between 2012 and 2017. In 2015, they obtained a Level 1: Information Technology Passport (IP) Certification Exam from the Philippine National IT Standards Foundation. In 2016, they obtained a Civil Service - Professional certification from the Civil Service Commission. In 2021, they obtained a Certified SuiteCommerce Subject Matter Expert certification from Oracle Netsuite.
