Shannon Bouffard

Shannon Bouffard is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer success and account management. Currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at AppZen since January 2023, Shannon previously held roles at NetSuite, including Account Manager and Business Development Representative from February 2020 to January 2023. Prior experience includes positions at Digital Federal Credit Union, where Shannon worked as an Information Center Specialist, Foundation and Axuda Program Assistant, and Foundation and Axuda Program Intern from October 2017 to May 2019. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
