Rajesh Radhakrishnan has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rajesh started their career as a Lecturer at Park College of Engineering and Technology from 2002 to 2005. Rajesh then worked as a Software Engineer at Mondial Soft Pvt Limit from 2004 to 2005, where they developed logistics components and handled data extraction and loading. Rajesh then joined Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd in 2006 and held multiple positions including Associate Consultant, Consultant, Team Leader, Senior Project Lead, and Project Manager until 2015. During their time at Polaris, they managed projects, defined schedules, implemented technology solutions, and fostered partnerships with customers. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at CommSec as a Senior Analyst and Test Lead, where they created business requirements, performed functional testing, facilitated workshops, and provided support for UAT and business verification testing. Rajesh then joined Optus in 2017 and held roles such as Technical Business Analyst, Scrum Master, RPA BA, Automation BA, and Business Test Manager until 2019. At Optus, they specialized in telecommunication services, RPA, and test management. In 2019, they worked at DWS as a Senior Consultant and Lead Technical BA, where they performed RPA business analysis and designed process mappings. Currently, Rajesh is working at APRA AMCOS since 2019 as a Lead Business Analyst, where they are involved in designing business workflows, conducting discovery sessions, and collaborating with product owners.
Rajesh Radhakrishnan pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at Annamalai University, completing the degree from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2016 and various diplomas of completion in RPA implementation methodology, UiPath security, automation business analysis, and UiPath RPA implementation training from UiPath. Rajesh also gained competence in SQL through Try SQL competency courses offered by Code School in 2016.
