Jinal Shah

Jinal Shah has a strong background in HR, with experience in talent management, total rewards, corporate policy integration, compensation and benefits, and resource management. Jinal currently serves as the Corporate Lead for Remuneration and Benefits at Apraava Energy. Prior to this role, Jinal worked at Tata Consultancy Services in various HR leadership positions. Jinal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering.
