Audronė Martinkutė

Audrone Martinkute is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the fashion retail sector and organizational development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Apranga Group since April 2008, Audrone focuses on strengthening HR functions across the Baltic countries to align with the strategic needs of the business. Previously, roles included Head of Human Resources at Kesko Agro Lietuva and Apranga Group, where expertise in talent management, strategic planning, and organizational culture design was demonstrated. Additional HR leadership experience was gained at MV Group Logistics and UAB „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“. Audrone holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, both from Kaunas University of Technology.
