Trevor Williams

Trevor Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Trevor currently serves as the Lead Salesforce Administrator at apree health since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Castlight Health as a Senior Salesforce Administrator from March 2019 to March 2022. Trevor also has experience as a Cloud Consultant at Cloud for Good, where they worked with nonprofit organizations in the implementation and support of Salesforce.com, and as a Salesforce CRM Manager at the Center for American Progress, where they managed the Salesforce environment and provided training and support to users. Before that, they worked as a CRM Data Analyst at the National Council on Aging, where they managed data quality and established data synchronization rules and standards. Trevor also has experience as an Author, having published a science fiction novel and currently working on their second book. Their earlier roles include working as an Associate at CityStaff, an Account Executive at AvePoint, and a Corporate Account Executive at Derive Technologies.

Trevor Williams obtained a BS degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Trevor has also acquired multiple certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce.com Certified Administrator. Additionally, Trevor has earned Trailhead Badges and specialized in Salesforce.com Security and Service Cloud through Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges.
