Rebecca Horan

Rebecca Horan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rebecca started their career in 2006 as a Staff Attorney at the Disability Rights Legal Center. In 2010, they joined the United States Postal Service as an Attorney, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, Rebecca joined Apria Healthcare as the VP, Associate General Counsel.

Rebecca Horan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Irvine. Rebecca also holds a Master of Laws degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a Doctor of Law degree from Cardozo School of Law.
