Shyamali Singhal M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Shyamali Singhal has a strong background in medical and surgical oncology. Shyamali started their career as a Surgeon at the American College of Surgeons in 2001. From 2002 to 2005, they underwent a Surgical Oncology Fellowship at City of Hope. In 2005, they joined El Camino Hospital as the founding Medical Director of the Cancer Program, which has grown significantly under their leadership. Shyamali also worked as a General Surgeon and Surgical Oncologist at Mountain View Surgery, specializing in breast, thyroid, melanoma, and complex GI cancers. In 2019, they founded a nonprofit organization called Hope and Beauty. Currently, they serve as the Chief Medical Officer at Apricity Health, a digital health company focused on providing personalized symptom monitoring and care management services to cancer patients.
