Currently serving as Operations & Development Lead at Apricot Clothing, Ben oversees the Ecommerce tech stack and workflows, focusing on enhancing operational performance through platforms like Salesforce Commerce and Marketing Cloud. Previously, Ben co-led the transition from Magento to Salesforce Commerce Cloud as an Ecommerce Assistant Operations Manager. Our host partners include New Look, Shaws, Browns and many other independent department stores. With over 800 outlets across Europe, the United States and Canada, we also have an expanding international portfolio. Our creative heart is our head office in London, which houses our design, buying, retail, finance, HR and ecommerce teams. Our logistical hub is our brand new Apricot despatch centre in Biggleswade.
