Fathima Miah has comprehensive experience in e-commerce operations and customer service, currently serving as an e-Commerce Operations & Customer Service Executive at Apricot Clothing since May 2022. Prior to this role, Fathima worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Cult Beauty from January 2020 to March 2022 and gained initial experience as a Public Relations Intern at Storm Communications in early 2018. Fathima holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication (Public Relations) from Taylor's University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of the West of England, both completed between 2015 and 2018. Fathima's educational background also includes a Sixth Form diploma and a High School Diploma from Queens Park Community School.
