Jo Bray has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Jo is currently the Head of International New Business at Apricot Clothing. Prior to that, they worked at Dorothy Perkins, Arcadia Ltd, where they held various senior roles. As the Head of International Trading, they played a key role in developing Dorothy Perkins into a global brand and revitalizing the franchise business. In their role as Head of Online Merchandising, they were responsible for the digital P&L and successfully increased sales and profit targets. Before joining Arcadia Ltd, Jo worked at Homebase as a Merchandiser and at Arcadia Group Ltd as a Merchandiser for Principles.

Jo Bray attended Preston High School from 1982 to 1987. From 1989 to 1993, they studied Business Studies with a focus on Statistics at the University of West London.
