David Briscoe is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and consulting. As the Founder and Director of April Group Pty Limited since April 2009, Briscoe has demonstrated a commitment to leadership and innovation in the industry. Previously, Briscoe established Loop Law from November 2018 to May 2022, further showcasing entrepreneurial skills. Prior to these roles, Briscoe held managerial positions at Kingsmede and CORNERSTONE PROPERTY GROUP LTD, and held the title of Director at CBRE from October 1998 to January 2005. Early career experience includes a managerial role at Knight Frank and a sales and leasing consultant position at Curchod & Co LLP. Briscoe earned a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Management from Kingston University between 1991 and 1995.
