Nina-Lee Jewell

Nina-Lee Jewell Alhambra currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at April Housing since January 2023. With extensive experience in the housing and real estate sectors, Nina-Lee has held significant leadership roles, including Principal CEO at NEMA Consultants since November 2005, and Vice President at both Lincoln Avenue Capital and Enterprise Residential. Previous positions include Chief Operating Officer at Patriot Nevada Management Group and Director of Asset Management at Overland Property Group. Nina-Lee's educational background includes a Doctor of Law and a Master in Law from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, an Advanced Management Program from IESE Business School, and an EMBA focused on Aboriginal business and leadership from Simon Fraser University.
