Antoine Prost-Boucle is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in project management and transaction services. Currently serving as Project Manager for Corporate Finance - M&A at APRIL since May 2020, Antoine previously held the position of Manager in Transaction Services at Mazars from September 2013 to May 2020, where responsibilities included buy-side and vendor due diligence, financial diagnostics, and restructuring. Antoine's earlier roles include Senior Financial Auditor and Junior Auditor, as well as leadership positions in student associations, demonstrating a commitment to financial management and teamwork. Antoine holds a Master’s degree in Finance, Audit & Consulting from Esdes Business School and has gained international experience through a year of travel across 15 countries.
