Maud Miconnet Padilla

Maud Miconnet Padilla has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as DRH Groupe at APRIL since November 2010. In this role, Maud is involved in business strategy implementation, organizational management, and talent development at both national and international levels. Responsibilities include negotiating with employee representatives, managing organizational transformations, and overseeing international mobility. Previously, Maud held various HR positions within APRIL, including Chargée de missions RH and Assistante de direction at CUMFIN SAS from April 2006 to November 2010. Maud holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from IGS and possesses a CAPES in English from Université Lyon 3.
